Thank you for shopping with Cutie Magnets! We are dedicated to bringing unique, aesthetic, and functional decor straight to your kitchen.

Because we work directly with global manufacturers and artisans to keep our prices affordable and our quality high, our shipping process is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Standard Shipping Times

To ensure your mini magnets and vases arrive safely without high shipping fees, we use secure, high-efficiency global shipping lines.

Our estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United States & United Kingdom: 7 to 12 business days.

  • Europe & Canada: 8 to 15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

Please note: Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, regional holidays, or extreme weather conditions. If your order takes longer than expected, don't worry—your package is fully insured.

3. Tracking Your Order

We believe in full transparency. Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow its journey in real-time.

  • It may take 2 to 4 days for the tracking status to update on the system after receiving your number. This is completely normal as the package processes through its initial transit hub.

4. Packages Shipped Separately

If you order multiple items (for example, a set of vases and additional decorative magnets), they may occasionally arrive in separate packages on different days. This happens because we ship directly from the specific department or warehouse where each item is stocked to get them to you as fast as possible.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cutie Magnets is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We process orders quickly, so there is a very narrow window to make changes. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at cutiemagnets@gmail.com. If the package has already shipped, we cannot retrieve or redirect it.
